I am originally from Molde, but I have called the Costa del Sol my home for the past three years. What started as an adventure to experience life in Spain became a desire to build a future here. Today, I cannot imagine living anywhere else.
With a bachelor's degree in business administration and a background in sales, customer service, and business development, I have always focused on people, relationships, and growth. I have also wanted to build my own business for a long time. When the opportunity to start OPM with Jarand came along, it felt like the natural next step.
For me, it was important to build a company around a value that means a lot to homeowners abroad: peace of mind. When your home is in another country, you need to know that there is someone you trust on-site who takes responsibility and follows up when you cannot be there.
I am responsible for the daily operations here on the Costa del Sol. I work closely with customers, guests, partners, and our network, making sure everything runs smoothly. My days are highly varied, but the core task is always to take responsibility, find solutions, and get things done.
Building OPM has been an exciting journey. We started with an idea we believed in, and we see that more and more homeowners want the peace of mind and local presence we provide.
To me, OPM is first and foremost built on trust. Our goal is to be the reliable local partner homeowners can depend on – a partner who knows the people, the area, and the solutions, and who always has a genuine desire to make owning a home in Spain easier.

I am originally from Kirkenes and have a background in organizational psychology. Through both education and work, I have always been passionate about people, relationships, and how to foster growth and development. After several years in Norway, I chose to move to the Costa del Sol. I wanted to experience life here, get to know the people and the culture, and build a new daily life and future in Spain.
When I started at OPM, I was quickly drawn to the opportunity of being part of something that is still growing. Contributing to an ambitious organization with my own experience and growing alongside the company motivates me. I want to help build OPM further and, in the long run, develop my own portfolio of properties and clients on the Costa del Sol.
Owning a property in another country should be a positive experience. It is important to me that our clients feel they have someone they can trust, someone who is available, follows up, and takes responsibility when they are not here themselves.
I am also responsible for our social media. Here, I combine my interest in people and communication with sharing the story of OPM, the properties, and life on the Costa del Sol. It is inspiring to help build a brand you truly believe in.
For me, this is an opportunity to combine my passions – people, development, and relationships – with an industry and a place where I truly want to build my future. I have high ambitions for both myself and OPM, and I look forward to seeing where we can take this together.

I have holidayed in Elviria since 2008, and even back then, I wanted to create something of my own on the Costa del Sol. The idea matured over a few years, but after my family bought our own apartment in the area, it became increasingly clear to me that a single partner helping property owners through the entire journey was missing.
As a property owner in Spain, questions arise about everything from purchase, financing, estate agents, lawyers, and taxes to rentals, maintenance, and practical challenges. My own experience was that you often got different answers depending on who you asked, and you had to deal with many different providers to get things done.
That was the starting point for Ossian Property Management: to build a safe, complete one-stop shop for property owners and holiday guests on the Costa del Sol.
Building OPM together with June has been an adventure. We got our first clients across our services within the very first months. Although establishing a company and navigating Spanish bureaucracy has given us some learning curves, progress has been faster than we could have hoped for.
Today, OPM helps clients with financing and refinancing through Loan in Spain, arranges legal assistance from Scandinavian-speaking lawyers with Spanish expertise, assists with buying and selling property through a large international network, and manages properties for owners all along the Costa del Sol.
For me, this is also a great combination of what I have worked with for almost 20 years – sales, business development, problem-solving, and good deals – and something I have a genuine interest in: property.
The adventure on the Costa del Sol has so far delivered well beyond expectations – and I feel we have only just begun.
